DiscOrganic menstrual disc fits most. Small: Women who have not given birth or had a C-Section and have a regular cervix and not a low cervix. Large: Women who gave natural birth and have a regular cervix and not a low cervix. Note: If you have a low cervix DiscOrganic may not work for you, it would feel like the disc is too big and may not tuck, using the wrong size can lead to leaking or discomfort.
